Responsibilities

  • ◆• Adhere to Abbvie’s code of conduct
  • ◆Maintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met.
  • ◆• Assists in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis
  • ◆Capable of training others on tasks.
  • ◆Is proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines and creates or edits maintenance job plans
  • ◆• Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
  • ◆Fully proficient in their core function, performing advanced level tasks
  • ◆• Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
  • ◆Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site
  • ◆• Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulations
  • ◆Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
  • ◆HS diploma with 10+ yrs. Experience or Relevant Certificate with 5+ yrs. experience or Associates technical degree with 3+ yrs. Experience, or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions.
  • ◆CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired
  • ◆Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e. machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools)
  • ◆Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
  • ◆Must have experience with Siemen’s controls systems / BAS. Specifically, Insight or Desigo

Independently perform Senior level technical support within the maintenance department. Trains l0wer-level Technicians on more advanced tasks.

Shift is 6am-2:30pm Monday- Friday
