Functional Job Duties
- ◆Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain various types of production machines and facility equipment.
- ◆Perform troubleshooting and repairs that require experience including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
- ◆Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform maintenance and service.
- ◆Performs routine inspection on equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
- ◆Duties will require frequent activity with 480/277/208 3 phase
- ◆Coordinate and perform duties in a manner that controls downtime
Qualifications
- ✓High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
- ✓At least 3 years of prior manufacturing maintenance experience; strong electrical/industrial skills
- ✓Welder repair experience a plus
- ✓HVAC experience a plus
- ✓Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent troubleshooting skills
- ✓Working knowledge of computer and MS Office programs.

- ✓Must possess strong leadership, analytical thinking, effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with persons inside and outside of the company.
- ✓Must have the ability to perform mathematical calculations related to job requirements.
- ✓Must be able to work under stress.
- ✓Must be able to handle multiple priorities.
- ✓Must be able to process paperwork effectively.
Physical
Requirements
- ✓Must be able to go up and down stairs.
- ✓Must be able to communicate effectively.
- ✓Must be able to do unaccompanied travel.
- ✓Must be able to tolerate shop environment and exposures associated with welding and industrial equipment manufacturing, and apply appropriate safety equipment when required.
- ✓Must be able to work overtime as required.
- ✓Must not present a risk of injury to self or others while engaged in company duties.
