Job Description

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Manager will design, configure, analyze, and support SAP for equipment, production and manufacturing, and plant maintenance business processes at the company’s nuclear fuel manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for leading the SAP configuration workstream in the areas of scope, translating business

into SAP configuration, and supporting end users. The Lead serves as the SAP subject matter expert for equipment, production, and plant maintenance, delivering hands on configuration and analysis and providing recommendations to leadership on design decisions. This role ensures the configured system supports compliance with Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Department of Energy (DOE), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Nuclear Quality Assurance Level 1 (NQA-1), and related regulatory frameworks.

• ✓Gather and document business

from Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality stakeholders.

• ✓Analyze

against standard SAP capabilities, identifying gaps and recommending resolution approaches.

• ✓Translate business

into SAP configuration designs for review and approval.

• ✓Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• ✓7+ years of experience configuring and supporting SAP in a manufacturing environment.
• ✓Demonstrated experience leading SAP configuration for a functional workstream or module area.
• ✓Demonstrated experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) and SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules, including equipment master data.
• ✓Experience gathering business

and translating them into SAP configuration.

• ✓Experience developing and executing test scripts for SAP configuration changes.
• ✓Experience in nuclear, aerospace, defense, energy, or similarly regulated industries strongly preferred.

Work Site Expectations: 5 days a week in office

Travel Expectations: up to 10-25% as needed

Hours: Standard office schedule are 8:00am-5:00pm ET, Mon-Fri

(e.g. education/training, experience, skill sets, etc.). Individual candidates who meet the job

for the position, along with a view on internal equity, market data, and room for growth. The salary range for this position is:

$146,250 to $166,500
