What You Will Do

  • ◆You will be responsible for managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on 2nd Shift
  • ◆You will supervise approximately 3 - 4 hourly Associates
  • ◆On a daily basis, you will manage absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of Associates
  • ◆You will manage daily productions goals to ensure the production goals are met

This position is 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3PM - 11:30 PM, with OT as necessary

What You Should Have

  • •You preferably have a Bachelor’s degree, but experience in lieu of education will be considered
  • •You have 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company
  • •You have experience using Google or Microsoft applications for email and document purposes
