The Maintenance Technician will perform routine and trouble-shooting tasks for equipment at the Seminole Mill. This position requires the flexibility to work in a multi-craft role and contributes to accomplishing results in a team-based environment.

Qualifications
Extensive industrial experience in at least 1 of the following areas is required:

- ✓Roll Grinding & Roll Maintenance
- ✓Industrial Operations
Able to work in a heavy manufacturing setting.
Able to work and communicate effectively in team-based environment.
Reliable, dependable, and available for work in all areas of the mill.
Manufacturing or Paper Mill Experience preferred
Must have at least 5 years of hands-on, documented experience in the following:
- ✓Industrial Rigging
- ✓Applied Mathematics
- ✓Measurements – Layout skills
- ✓Welding Principles & Practices
- ✓Cutting Principles & Practices
- ✓Use of Portable Tools & Hand Tools
- ✓Selecting and Using Lubricants
- ✓Installation of Bearings & Seals
- ✓Understanding the Operation of Pumps
- ✓Pump & Motor Alignment – dial, feeler gauge, laser
- ✓Pump & Motor Component Assembly
- ✓Maintain & Rebuild - Mechanic Drives, Gear Boxes, Clutches, Jack shafts
- ✓Basic Hydraulics & Pneumatics
- ✓Blueprint Reading
- ✓Equipment Installation – sole plates, concrete, leveling, alignment, conveyors, tracking, drives, rolls, splicing
- ✓Industrial Pipe fitting – tubing & hose systems, plumbing systems, installation & maintenance of valves

Requirements
- ✓Standing for extended periods.
- ✓Awkward and/or repetitive movements.
- ✓Moving or lifting of equipment, materials, and tools up to 50 lbs. repeatedly

Pay Type: Hourly - $43.60 plus OVERTIME with yearly increases
Work Arrangement: Onsite

How You Will Make an Impact
- •Create maintenance requests for repairs based on findings with equipment in the mill.
- •Perform maintenance tasks for equipment within the mill.
- •Work as a team with other maintenance team members.
- •Good communication skills.
- •Extensive experience dealing with basic industrial safety topics such as lockout, fall protection, confined space entry, personal protective equipment, and guarding.
