Industrial Electrician / PLC Programmer

As an Industrial Electrician / PLC Programmer, you'll play a key role in keeping our manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently. You'll use your technical expertise to troubleshoot complex electrical issues while helping develop the next generation of electricians.

• ◆Lead troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of complex industrial electrical systems
• ◆Mentor and train entry-level and journeyman electricians
• ◆Troubleshoot, maintain, and support Allen-Bradley PLC systems
• ◆Oversee and support PLC programming and controls-related work
• ◆Develop and implement preventative electrical maintenance strategies
• ◆Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
• ◆Ensure electrical installations, repairs, and modifications meet safety and compliance

• ✓Partner with operations and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues
• ✓Promote a strong safety culture and ensure proper electrical safety practices

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced electrician who can take ownership, solve problems, and serve as a technical resource for the team.

• ✓5+ years of industrial electrical experience
• ✓Advanced knowledge of industrial electrical systems
• ✓Strong PLC troubleshooting/programming experience
• ✓Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs
• ✓Ability to mentor, train, and provide technical leadership to other electricians
• ✓Strong commitment to workplace safety and electrical compliance
• ✓Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule, including days and nights
