- •Be proficient with all measuring tools
- •Be proficient with all hand tools.
- •Be able to read and understand electrical schematics, hydraulic schematics, hard copy PLC programs.
- •Possess the skills to electrically and mechanically trouble shoot equipment.
- •Possess the skills to understand and follow directions from his or her supervisor
- •Posse basic computer skills
- •Executing, promoting, and working safely throughout the facility following all Safety Policies
- •Wearing all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- •Being aware of all Emergency Exits and knowing procedures for Emergency Evacuation as well as location.
- •Knowing the location of the SDS Safety Data Sheets and how to utilize properly.
- •Knowing not to operate any equipment or perform any work without the proper training and authorization to do complete the task safely. Always following proper LOTO lock out/tag out procedures.
- •Never remove or bypass machine guards and NEVER while the machine is in operation.
- •Being cautious and aware of lift trucks and moving equipment.
- •Reporting all injuries or accidents to the Department Lead or Manager or immediately.
- •Understand and follow plants housekeeping guidelines.
- •Identifying and implementing lean and continuous improvement actions.
- •Performing work safely and in accordance with GMP and housekeeping standards.
- •Understand and adhere to all safety requirements.
