Key Responsibilities
- ◆Development and innovation of production tools on project level.
- ◆Set the standard and support the implementation of tool service for plants within the BD.
- ◆Institutionalize the MRP concept of tooling procurement and warehouse management.
- ◆Initiate and collaborate in projects/ working groups that concern the development of tooling solutions.
- ◆Ensure QCD optimized production concepts acc. to design to cost factors.
- ◆Monitor internal and external tool related trends to utilize for development and innovation.
- ◆Try-out support for series production.
Your
Qualifications
- ✓Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field and 5 years of experience or Master's degree in an engineering related field and 2 years of experience
- ✓Experience in a tool center, tool shop or tool service department
- ✓Strong technical understanding of production tools and QCD-oriented manufacturing processes
- ✓Good command of English and, if applicable, additional language skills relevant to the role
- ✓Analytical, collaborative, and proactive working style with a focus on continuous improvement
- ✓Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employment visa or other sponsorship
- ✓This position requires compliance with Export Control regulations; applicants must qualify as a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 (includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
