Job Description/Responsibilities
Lead the maintenance and reliability function for Iron Bull Distillery, supporting safe, reliable, and efficient operations. You’ll lead a team, improve equipment performance, manage maintenance and capital budgets, and partner closely with Operations and Plant leadership on plant-wide priorities. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on reliability, cost, safety, team development, and continuous improvement.
Required
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- ✓5+ years of relevant maintenance/plant operations experience
- ✓Supervisory or people leadership experience with strong planning, organization, communication, and team development skills.
Requirements
- ✓Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.

What You’ll Do
- •Lead and develop the Maintenance team while overseeing preventative, restorative, and reliability-focused maintenance programs.
- •Improve equipment reliability, changeover performance, maintenance processes, and plant efficiency through continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- •Manage maintenance and capital budgets while identifying and implementing projects that reduce costs without compromising quality or safety.
- •Support plant safety, environmental systems and permits, local IT/network needs, and other plant-wide initiatives in partnership with Operations and Plant leadership.
Preferred
- +Experience in the alcohol beverage industry, CPG, or a similar manufacturing environment.
- +Experience with reliability improvement, capital projects, preventative maintenance, or continuous improvement programs.
