The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of Facility Management tasks. The goal is to ensure that the facilities are running efficiently to provide a safe and comfortable workplace.
What you will accomplish together with us
- •Organize and facilitate the coordination of maintenance work and the resolution of technical problems
- •Draft, control, and report timelines and action plans for different kinds of projects
- •Communicate project progress constantly to the Head of Facility Management and set alerts if necessary
- •Assist in taking over defined projects in the field of Facility Management
- •Maintain close contact with internal and external stakeholders, including construction companies and external service companies
- •Prepare and provide support in setting up RFQ based on given frameworks, facilitating decision-making processes
- •Coordinate the deployment of resources such as technicians, suppliers, and other contract partners
- •Conduct research and monitor compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
- •Administer and coordinate relocations, ensuring a smooth transition
- •Document all relevant information and processes related to project management and facility coordination
