• •Perform maintenance activities on all manufacturing process equipment in all areas of the plant at a fundamental level
• •Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and/or pneumatic production and/or packaging equipment issues at a fundamental level
• •Perform preventative maintenance on plant machinery and equipment at a fundamental level
• •Perform adjustments to machinery and work with machine operators on problems to improve quality and efficiency of packaging lines at a fundamental level
• •Monitor the production/packaging lines and report any abnormal condition(s) of the machines to the appropriate individuals (Plant Manager, Supervisor, etc.).
• •Monitor and maintain in optimal operational condition all safety features and systems on the machinery and equipment at a fundamental level
• •Communicate effectively with all employees, supervisors and managers in troubleshooting equipment to ensure minimal equipment downtime and peak equipment efficiency
• •Attend various mandatory safety and departmental meetings.
• •Communicate in a courteous and positive manner to accomplish duties effectively, working as a team with all involved.
• •Assist other personnel as needed and perform other duties essential to the department as requested by your supervisor.

• •Experience in Dairy Manufacturing Environment preferred.
• •Previous electrical, mechanical, forklift, SAP experience a plus.
• •Knowledge of federal, state and local environmental standards and regulations.
• •Ability to develop relationships and influence through strong customer orientation.
• •Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• •Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with good time management and organizational skills.
• •Ability to work flexible hours.
• •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
