Key Accountabilities

◆Help troubleshooting, repair work and preventative maintenance on all plant machinery, equipment and instrumentation to sustain plant operations at highly efficient levels
◆Equipment includes mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and fluid handling systems
◆Assist in installing production equipment and machinery.
◆Complete documentation process for machinery usage, equipment maintenance.
◆Maintain cleanliness of maintenance equipment shop, and tools.
◆Assist in dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts.
◆Help in maintain appropriate inventory of maintenance, janitorial and facility supplies.
◆Maintain familiarity with manufacturing equipment and relationships with vendors and suppliers.
◆Operate forklift to help aid in moving equipment/machinery.

Desirable Experience, Capabilities and Success Factors

✓High School Diploma/GED required; Trade or technical certification preferred.
✓Must have at least one (1) year of preventative maintenance experience.
✓Must have excellent verbal and written skills.
✓Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision may be required.
✓Must be able to physically complete required tasks including standing for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, climb ladders/stairs, work on roofs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs
✓Must be familiar with machine shop tools and equipment.
