Process Tech II/IV

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Purpose of Position: Performs setups, machine adjustments, minor repairs, test, calibrate and operate CNC and manual machinery and other equipment related to production within the Diaphragm Cell.

· Read and interpret complex oral, written and visual instructions for machine set up.

· Set up machines or cells of machines according to instructions or established practice. Machines include vertical & horizontal lathes, vertical mill, press, laser and EDM.

· Perform the assembly process, quality inspections and shot peening within the cell.

· Ensure proper tools and set up sheet is used.

· Make checks, adjust tools and program parameters to maintain proper dimensions, maintain proper coolant and lubrication levels as required.

· Operate designated machines as instructed.

· Break down set ups and clean up work area as directed

· Responsible for creating, saving and establishing a set up sheet. Programs will be stored on the network for future use.

· Responsible for approving set-up based on measurements made at the cell.

· Report equipment malfunctions, material discrepancies, and unusual conditions to supervisor.

· Complete all relevant training provided by Regal Rexnord.

· Follow and adhere to all 6S policies and guidelines

· Promote team concept and train new employees.

· Adhere to all safety procedures.

· Understand and adhere to all relevant ISO 9001 QOP's and API 671 guidelines.

· May be asked to work within other couplings departments based on business needs.

· Able to understand, interpret and carry out job instructions.

· Able to use arithmetic, decimals and fractions

· Able to interpret dimensional gaging

· Ability to operate overhead cranes
