Responsibilities
- ◆Support the coordination and maintenance of document control and training systems.
- ◆Manage the internal audit calendar and ensure thorough documentation of audit findings and follow-up actions
- ◆Support the timely execution of both internal and external corrective action plans.
- ◆Collaborate with Quality Engineers by assisting with tasks such as data gathering, root cause analysis, documentation, and other quality-related functions.
- ◆Contribute to additional assignments and special projects as needed

- ✓Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- ✓Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools to support documentation, data analysis, and quality system management.
- ✓Highly adaptable and efficient, able to shift between diverse tasks while maintaining focus and composure under pressure.
- ✓Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with QMS standards and audit requirements.
- ✓Exhibits strong organizational and time management skills, supporting timely execution of audits, corrective actions, and training initiatives.
Qualifications
- ✓High School Diploma
- ✓Minimum 5 years of experience working in compliance
- ✓Quality Management System (QMS) Experience
