onsemi’s semiconductor fabrication facility in Syracuse, NY, is looking for a Process Technician to join the team. Our technology enables the next generation of power conversion, accelerating the transition to high-efficiency, high-power conversion solutions and inspiring new power system architectures.

Shift (3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, or possibly 11:00 pm to 7 am, Monday through Friday

  • •Process semiconductor wafers on tools in a cleanroom fab environment, e.g., photolithography, MOCVD, etch, thin films, etc.
  • •Perform visual quality inspections and enter measurement data.
  • •Follow all procedural and safety specifications.
  • •Physically move wafers through the cleanroom.
  • •Education - High school diploma or higher.
  • •3+ years of experience in a similar role at a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
  • •Ability to follow written procedures and verbal directions.
  • •Attention to detail and well-organized.
