include

  • ◆Be responsible for the mechanical/electrical performance of several automated production machines or equipment that perform one or more function in glass.
  • ◆Maintain and observe operation of machines and equipment to ensure the production of high-quality glass.
  • ◆Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on equipment in a safe and efficient manner and make repairs as needed.
  • ◆Perform preventative maintenance tasks in order to increase equipment run time between failures.
  • ◆Assist management in root cause analysis when failures occur.

The 2 nd shift Maintenance Tech is focused on mechanical/electrical performance of automated production machines and reports to the Plant Manager.

This role is perfect for an individual who hands on, responsible, with great communication skills. A vital member of the Maintenance Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

What We Are Looking For

  • •Must have experienced skills and knowledge with troubleshooting, repair, overhaul and operation of high-speed production machinery both electrical and mechanical.
  • •Experience with industrial electrical equipment, CNC, PLC’s/Driver and motors.
  • •Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
