responsibilities
include installation, fabrication, and startup of new equipment, and filling in for other positions in the maintenance department as needed.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Qualifications
- ✓One year of industrial maintenance experience
- ✓Proven skills in troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrial systems in an industrial setting
Preferred Qualifications
- ✓Allen Bradly PLC troubleshooting and or programming
- ✓Industrial electrical experience
- ✓Welding and/or fabrication experience
- ✓Formal education or training in a maintenance related field
