C.H.I. Overhead Doors is a leading manufacturer of overhead doors. We have production facilities located in Illinois & Indiana, and Service Center/Warehouse facilities in California, Colorado, New Hampshire, & New Jersey. The Service Centers are standalone operations, and are staffed with management personnel, customer service representatives, accountants, warehouse teammates, and drivers. Service Centers are key components of our business model for strategic sales growth, dealer-customer relations, and logistics.

The Branch Operations Manager for the Service Center in Lathrop, California leads and directs customer service and operations while engaging sales and customers to provide a world class experience for our dealer customers. The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for developing teammates to their fullest potential, driving continuous improvement across key metrics, and building an environment focused on our core values.

• •Develop team to fullest potential through mentoring and leadership

• •Drive Key KPIs pertaining to safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• •Lead Customer Service department by ensuring processes and policies are being followed.
