Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

• ✓High School Diploma/GED required; college diploma preferred
• ✓Previous experience working in a manufacturing industry
• ✓Minimum three years experience as a Shift Supervisor
• ✓Self-motivated and takes the initiative in accomplishing goals and objectives with minimal supervision
• ✓Must have a firm grasp of process fundamentals and be able to learn the peculiarities of the operation quickly
• ✓Good technical and problem-solving skills as well as good verbal and written communication skills
• ✓Ability to absorb, organize and recall detailed information
• ✓Sets priorities, manages time effectively, and inspires others
• ✓Can earn respect and promote good employee relations throughout the organization
• ✓Credibility is critical; others within and outside the company will scrutinize behavior, values, integrity, and interpersonal skills
• ✓Ability to lead and influence others is crucial. Strong mentoring skillset is also important
• ✓Computer skills are essential. Need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP

The selection of the person to be hired for this position is contingent on the candidate having export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology which comes under the licensing jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.S. Department of Commerce, Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
