Duties include but are not limited to
- ◆Perform maintenance service and repairs in the areas of carpentry, painting and plastering.
- ◆Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools, power tools and reassemble equipment.
- ◆Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them by checking blueprints, repair manuals and parts catalogs as necessary.
- ◆Inspect drives, motors and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters and perform other maintenance actions following checklists.
- ◆Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery and equipment.
- ◆Inspect, operate and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.

of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for the BroadBase Incentive (BBI) program with a target payout of 2%.
Location and Schedule: This position is located in Richardson, TX and will be in the office Monday through Friday.

As part of the machine/building maintenance team, the person in this position proficiently performs repairs, modifications and preventative maintenance on buildings, facilities, equipment and fixtures.
What We Are Looking For
- •Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- •Requires at least 2 years related experience.
- •Strong knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- •Strong Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of, buildings, or other structures.
- •Strong Knowledge of design techniques, tools, blueprints, drawings, and models.
- •Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- •Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
