Responsibilities
Lead the WTS Solution Engineers in the Americas, enabling technology adoption, fab modernization, and test optimization so our customers operations can scale and adapt in today’s semiconductor market. Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and the Industry Solution Team to grow and sustain our semiconductor test business. Drive value-capture initiatives by enabling and dynamically managing the technical resource pool across the customer base. Build, develop, and inspire a high-performance team of solution architects and engineers. Identify and mentor next-generation leaders. Dynamically allocate the limited resources to capture profitable growth in services while balancing the need to act as primary pre- & post-sales engineering.
