Responsibilities
- ◆Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, instruments, and control devices.
- ◆Fabricate and assemble custom cables and wiring harnesses to specification.
- ◆Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- ◆Perform wiring for control panels, field devices, motors, sensors, and PLC systems.
- ◆Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections on electrical and instrumentation equipment.
- ◆Troubleshoot and repair faults in electrical systems and instrumentation circuits.
- ◆Calibrate and test instruments and sensors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- ◆Maintain detailed documentation for wiring, cable layouts, and instrumentation setups.
- ◆Collaborate with engineering teams to implement control system upgrades and modifications.
- ◆Follow all safety protocols, company standards, and regulatory
requirements
related to electrical work.
Qualifications
- ✓3+ years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance or installation (industrial or manufacturing environment preferred).
- ✓Strong knowledge of wiring practices, control systems, and instrumentation devices.
- ✓Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and wiring diagrams.
- ✓Experience with PLC systems, sensors, and motor controls.
- ✓Proficiency in cable fabrication, wiring, and harness assembly.
- ✓Familiarity with safety standards, lockout/tagout, and applicable electrical codes.
- ✓Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- ✓Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
