What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will help ensure the reliability and efficiency of plant equipment by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs across multiple systems.
Qualifications
- ✓At least 1 year of electrical maintenance, industrial maintenance, or related technical experience .
- ✓Ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems independently.
- ✓Experience using multimeters, diagnostic tools, and electronic testing equipment.
- ✓Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and wiring layouts.
- ✓General understanding of plant electrical distribution, power systems, and utility infrastructure.
- ✓Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- ✓Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- ✓Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
- ✓Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds or more as needed.

We are seeking motivated maintenance professionals who enjoy troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working with advanced industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- •Perform electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment.
- •Diagnose, calibrate, maintain, and repair electromechanical and state-of-the-art automated equipment.
- •Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
- •Adhere to National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and plant safety regulations.
- •Complete preventative maintenance (PM) activities on assigned equipment and systems.
- •Assist maintenance team members with work orders and scheduled maintenance projects.
- •Perform bench scale maintenance and repair activities.
- •Support electrical, mechanical, boiler/refrigeration, wastewater treatment, and utility systems as needed.
- •Participate in the facility Emergency Response Team when required.
- •Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
- •Perform additional duties as assigned.
