responsibilities

will be to perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and carry out repairs in order to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency and quality. This role will have a heavy focus on electrical components, so the chosen candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical machine maintenance. This will focus in the DI Department on 2nd Shift.

Responsibilities

  • ◆Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of machines and equipment, according to maintenance schedules and guidelines
  • ◆Replace or repair defective parts such as; belts, bearings, motors, or sensors
  • ◆Identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems or abnormalities in the machines
  • ◆Collaborate with team members and team leads to analyze and resolves complex technical problems
  • ◆Calibrate and align machinery to ensure optimal performance and accuracy
  • ◆Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used
  • ◆Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working with the machinery, as well as comply with industry regulations and standards to ensure equipment is operating within legal and safety parameters
  • ◆Provide technical support to production teams to minimize operational disruptions

(Education, Experience, and Skills)

  • ✓High School Diploma or GED
  • ✓Minimum of 3 years work related experience.
  • ✓Knowledge of computer systems and spreadsheets necessary to perform job duties
  • ✓Knowledge of both high and low voltages AC & DC

Preferred Qualifications

  • ✓2 years of plumbing and electrical experience
  • ✓Ability to communicate with project vendors/ suppliers
  • ✓Proven experience in machine maintenance, repair, or related field, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
