What you'll do
- ◆Lead day-to-day production — people, machines, and materials ready before, during, and after shift.
- ◆Own KPI performance including Safety, CPAR/DMRs, On-time delivery, Scrap, and Cost efficiency.
- ◆Drive safety culture: Ergonomics, PPE compliance, and active participation in safety programs.
- ◆Champion ISO quality standards and ensure products are built right the first time, every time.
- ◆Launch and sustain continuous improvement and lean initiatives — value stream mapping, waste elimination, standardization.
- ◆Build and develop your team: Staffing, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- ◆Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and other operational leaders.
What is required for this role
- ✓4-year Engineering or other technical degree.
- ✓Management/leadership experience in a high-volume, repetitious, mechanized manufacturing environment.
- ✓Outstanding interpersonal and employee relations skills.
- ✓Proven success implementing and sustaining continuous improvement / lean initiatives.
- ✓Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- ✓Solid grasp of core manufacturing KPIs.
- ✓Experience with SAP or another ERP system and MS Office applications.
