Position overview
The Production Supervisor will lead day-to-day production activities at our Oaks Corners, NY aggregate and HMA operation, providing frontline leadership to a team of hourly employees while driving safety, productivity, quality, and continuous improvement across the site.

What You'll Be Doing
- •Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity goals.
- •Coach, develop, and support frontline team members through clear communication and performance feedback.
- •Monitor plant processes and resources to optimize production while minimizing downtime.
- •Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and operational teams to address issues and drive continuous improvement.
- •Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures.
What Are We Looking For
- •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
- •Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with a focus on operational excellence.
- •Working knowledge of safety practices, production processes, and continuous improvement principles.
- •Effective communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- •Experience with facility maintenance, including maintenance project implementation, or project coordination.
- •Experience in aggregates, asphalt, mining, or construction materials is preferred. Similarly related heavy industrial manufacturing or production experience will also be considered
Work Environment
- •Work is performed in a manufacturing or production facility with regular exposure to industrial equipment and processes.
- •Requires routine walking, standing, climbing, and working in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
- •Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
- •Typical schedule is Mon - Fri, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with rare occasional flexibility needed to support operational needs outside normal hours.
