• ✓Ensures compliance to quality, food safety / HACCP, FSMA, Food Defense , 5S, OSHA and other support programs; assures conformity to all company, customer and government standards.
• ✓Communicates any concerns related to product safety, integrity, quality and legality to management or to the confidential hotline if the need for anonymity is necessary .

• ✓Promotes integrity, respect, accountability, continuous improvement and positive interactions with all Team Members, customers and vendors.
• ✓Directs and supervises processing employees.
• ✓Works with HR for hiring, training and scheduling of production work force.
• ✓Responsible for and coordinates shift activities through planning and communication with employees to ensure all processing objectives are accomplished in a timely , cost-effective and safe manner.

• ✓Compiles required processing reporting accurately and timely.
• ✓Maintains close working relationship with all departments and responds to deviations from standards immediately .
• ✓Coordinates with department managers and shift supervisors to ensure a trouble-free shift start- up.
