Responsibilities
- ◆Lead daily operations for the service center with full P&L ownership
- ◆Oversee scheduling of customer work, logistics, and team assignments
- ◆Manage and develop Field Chemists and Drivers, providing training and support
- ◆Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and DOT regulations
- ◆Coordinate purchasing, invoices, and supply management for the facility
- ◆Collaborate with Sales, Plant Operations, and Customer Service teams to resolve technical and operational needs
- ◆Communicate facility updates and challenges to regional leadership
- ◆Other duties as assigned
Do you have what it takes?
- ◆High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field preferred)
- ◆3–5 years of leadership experience in an operations or service environment
- ◆5+ years of industry experience, with lab packing expertise strongly preferred
- ◆Knowledge of DOT and RCRA regulations is preferred
- ◆Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities
- ◆Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- ◆Previous experience with SAP a plus
- ◆Ability to present technical information clearly and effectively
- ◆Ability to travel locally up to 50%
