ITW Pro Brands seeks a Plant Manager for its Easton, MD facility. You will lead production, maintenance, and receiving/shipping, drive continuous improvement, and manage inventory with ERP/MRP systems. The role requires 3–5 years of plant leadership in chemical manufacturing, strong safety, quality, and cost-control focus, and collaboration across HR, R&D, and marketing.

The position reports to the Operations Director and offers growth opportunities within ITW’s global business.
