⚙️ What you'll be doing

• +Program, set up, and machine precision components on a CNC 3-axis vertical mill
• +Set up and operate a precision surface grinder for finished components
• +Create, edit, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs
• +Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and workholding for efficient machining
• +Read engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
• +Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to maintain tight tolerances
• +Partner with engineering and production teams to solve machining challenges
• +Perform routine machine maintenance and help improve manufacturing processes
