What you'll do
- ◆Run the night shift for your area, leading leads and operators to hit production, quality, and safety targets
- ◆Own safety on the floor: enforce procedures, fix unsafe conditions on the spot, lead incident follow-up
- ◆Keep product compliant with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards; partner with QA when results are off
- ◆Coordinate run changes, sanitation, and changeovers with other departments and maintenance
- ◆Handle crew issues directly: coaching, attendance, discipline, and performance reviews
- ◆Train new operators and develop leads into future supervisors
- ◆Track downtime, yield, and efficiency, then drive fixes instead of just reporting them
- ◆Pass a clean handoff to day shift every morning

Salary: $75,000-$85,000
