Key Responsibilities
- ◆Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
- ◆Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- ◆Diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime
- ◆Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- ◆Complete work orders and maintenance logs accurately
- ◆Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- ◆Collaborate with production teams to support operations
Qualifications
- ✓Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
- ✓Strong mechanical aptitude (electrical knowledge is a plus)
- ✓Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- ✓Willingness to work a rotating 12-hour swing schedule
- ✓Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs and work in an industrial environment
- ✓Met Guarded Steel-toe boots required (PPE reimbursement available yearly)

3rd Shift Maintenance Technician (12-Hour Swing Shift)
Pries Enterprises – Join a Team That Keeps Production Moving
Pries Enterprises is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team on a 3rd shift 12-hour swing schedule . This role is critical in keeping our aluminum extrusion operations running safely and efficiently.
If you’re mechanically inclined, take pride in solving problems, and enjoy working in a fast-paced industrial environment—we want to hear from you.
Schedule
- •3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- •12-hour swing schedule 2-2-3, 3 day weekend every other week
- •Overtime as needed based on production demands
