What you will do
- ◆Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan.
- ◆Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed.
- ◆Coach and train team members and handle attendance.
- ◆Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays.
- ◆Report daily on output, downtime and device records.

Amberfield Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Honolulu, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training.
You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management.
What we are looking for
- •Comfort with production metrics.
- •Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role.
- •Firm, fair and calm.
Nice to have
- +Lean or Six Sigma training.
- +Experience with device records.
Working arrangement
- •Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension.
- •On site in Honolulu.
