Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Establishes and maintains effective relationships with Managers, Supervisors and employees.Maintain and update quality inspection records.Inspect, test or measure products being produced.Remove all products that fail to meet specifications.Performs hourly quality checks in the machine shop along with checking hydrants and valvesProcesses samples that may come in, works with engineering group to run new scanner and CMMAssist maintenance as neededAssist assembly and machine departments as neededPerforms quality checks, samples, quality process and procedural auditsInspect parts received from various vendors to ensure quality of parts receivedWork to resolve quality issues with vendorsAssist Water Products employees with any quality related questionsPromotes the culture, the mission and vision, and the core values of the company.
