Responsibilities
- ◆Maintain machinery, equipment, facilities, and grounds to ensure operational goals are met
- ◆Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- ◆Utilize CMMS to document all repairs, preventative maintenance, and work completed
- ◆Efficiently perform regular and preventative maintenance related to the plant, equipment, and grounds in compliance with standard operating procedures, good manufacturing practices, and safety policies as enforced by OSHA
- ◆Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment during the production process as needed.
- ◆Complete and update work orders using CMMS systems
- ◆Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs
- ◆Effectively perform and assist in repair or updating and installation of equipment
- ◆Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed
- ◆Assist as needed with regulatory inspections
- ◆Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- ◆Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions
- ◆Responsible for food safety
- ◆All other duties as assigned

- ✓Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Prior experience in dairy processing preferred
