  • ◆Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, reports, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • ◆Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.
  • ◆Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
  • ◆Proficiency in Mastercam and SolidWorks .
  • ◆Strong experience with CNC programming .
  • ◆Generates accurate and efficient CNC programs for shop‑floor machines.
  • ◆Collaborates with machinists to troubleshoot CNC‑related issues and provide technical guidance.
  • ◆Supports new, recurring, and rework job orders by creating or revising process routings and Methods of Manufacture based on production feedback.
  • ◆Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and present technical information to managers, supervisors, and customers.
  • ◆Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
