Responsibilities
- ◆Production Oversight: Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring that production schedules are met.
- ◆Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of production workers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- ◆Quality Control: Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications, implementing quality control measures as needed.
- ◆Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- ◆Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- ◆Resource Management: Coordinate the use of materials, equipment, and labor to optimize production efficiency.
- ◆Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the production process to minimize downtime.
- ◆Reporting: Prepare and present production reports to upper management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- ◆Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless production operations.
Previous Experience
- ✓Minimum 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
and Education
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
