Responsibilities
- ◆Oversee daily operations across manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics functions.
- ◆Manage and supervise department managers and directors to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- ◆Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, workflow, and overall performance.
- ◆Monitor processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement systems to streamline operations.
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- ✓Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role (Director of Operations, Operations Manager, or similar).
- ✓Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
- ✓Hands-on, proactive leader who can oversee multiple teams and departments.
Location: Newark, NJ | Hours: Full-time. | Salary: $250-300k.
