Production Supervisor

The main activities of the position include but are not limited to the following:

• ◆Maintain safe working environment for the employees, following safety program

and procedures. Ensure work area is in compliance with all environmental laws.

• ✓Develop and maintain KPIs that promote the internal customer/supplier relationship within the manufacturing operations. Utilize the total quality management tools to consistently identify and reduce operational defects.
• ✓Counsel team members as necessary regarding work-related or personal (as requested) issues.

• ◆Prepare composite reports from individual reports of subordinates as required.
• ◆Monitor team performance versus key performance measures and facilitate actions to correct any deficiencies.

• ✓Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology or related field desired; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience acceptable.
• ✓3+ years’ experience supervising in a manufacturing environment encompassing timecard management, discipline, performance management and scheduling.
• ✓Must be very well organized and multi-task oriented.
• ✓Must be able to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• ✓The ability to work well with all types and levels of team members is a must.
• ✓Must have excellent communication skills – verbal, written and presentations.
