Responsibilities
- ◆Create CNC programs for 5-axis VMC and Multi-Tasking Turn/Mill machines utilizing TopSolid CAD/CAM software.
- ◆Create digital setup sheets and tool lists inside ProShop ERP software
- ◆Design custom fixturing and work holding for parts during machining and
- ◆Design custom fixture for holding parts during CMM inspection, 3D printed
- ◆Collaborate in planning meeting with other programmers and quality personnel on new part
Qualifications
- ✓5+ years of machining and programming experience, preferably with some Aerospace or Medical industry experience.
- ✓Interest in learning TopSolid CAD/CAM Software. Will train internally.
- ✓Ability to Interpret customer supplied prints for materials, tolerances/GD&T, finishing notes, and hardware assembly
- ✓Ability to review, validate and clean solid models prior to CNC programming
- ✓Competency with MS Office 365
- ✓Must be collaborative minded and have a calm, professional attitude
- ✓Must be willing to take directives from department heads
