The Work You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will

◆Program, set up, and run CNC lathes (primary focus) and mills as needed
◆Take parts from print to first-piece completion independently
◆Work heavily on DMG Mori NLX 2500/700 lathes
◆Read and interpret blueprints, tolerances, and specifications
◆Select tooling and optimize machining processes
◆Prove out programs and validate setups
◆Perform first-article and in-process inspection
◆Troubleshoot issues and adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets

Required

✓5+ years of CNC machining experience
✓Strong CNC lathe experience (setup + programming)
✓Ability to take parts from print to completion independently
✓Blueprint reading and tolerance interpretation
✓Strong understanding of tooling, offsets, and process optimization
