Key Responsibilities
- ◆Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs across the entire site, including workshops, office facilities, and groundskeeping.
- ◆Diagnose and resolve all faults, including mechanical and plumbing.
- ◆Conduct regular site inspections to identify and prevent potential issues.
- ◆Coordinate and manage external contractors for specialist maintenance work.
- ◆Oversee building security, fire safety, and emergency systems.
- ◆Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
- ◆Work with management to identify site improvements to enhance efficiency and safety
qualifications
in building maintenance, or facilities management (preferred).
