Responsibilities
- ◆Recommend measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
- ◆Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
- ◆Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect issues.
- ◆Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
- ◆Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
Qualifications
- ✓High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business or a related field preferred.
- ✓10+ years of experience required, with a focus on leadership and people management. Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
- ✓Proven experience managing a team, quick learning ability, and understanding of vehicle assembly and production operations.
- ✓Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel; Google Workspace experience is a plus.
- ✓Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education.
