Clemens Food Group is seeking an experienced Production Superintendent to lead 2nd shift bacon production at our flagship Hatfield Main facility. Due to the size and scale of our facility, production areas, and teams, the role is comparable in scope to an Operations Manager position at many other organizations. You will lead through front-line supervisors, maintain responsibility for a large production team, and own performance across Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and People.
Spanning more than 1 million square feet, Hatfield Main is a large, complex pork manufacturing operation with significant responsibility for producing the fresh and value-added pork products that serve our customers and consumers. The facility is also undergoing a major modernization and expansion designed to strengthen safety, food safety, product flow, and bacon production capabilities.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity with responsibility for a significant production area. As an Operations Superintendent, you will lead through front-line supervisors while remaining visible and connected to the operation. You will be accountable for delivering results across Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and People while developing leaders, improving performance, and preparing the operation for continued growth.
