Job Summary

This 3 rd shift Production Supervisor works in our new manufacturing facility here in Glendale, WI that is fully air conditioned and updated for Lean and Advanced Manufacturing. The position supervises Operators who work with a variety of equipment including one of our brand new Mori Seike CNC lathes. Our largest lathe has up to a 30” spindle!

Responsibilities

◆Manage Grover’s talented team of Operators throughout the employment process, including interviewing, providing training opportunities, performance direction and feedback, cross-training and corrective action when needed.
◆Meet production and quality standards as well as lean plans and goals
◆Champion a collaborative, positive culture
◆Actively pursue a safe work environment for employees

Requirements

✓Minimum of 3+ years’ supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing facility
✓Demonstrated ability to lead and develop people
✓Ability to lead team to safely produce a quality product on time
✓Desire to embrace a positive, productive culture that makes people want to come to work
