Debone Production Supervisor- 1st Shift- Waverly Plant

• ◆Ensure daily production schedules and customer orders are fulfilled.
• ◆Lead and supervise production team members.
• ◆Maintain a safe work environment and promote safety initiatives.
• ◆Oversee production start-up activities and staffing assignments.
• ◆Monitor product quality and USDA compliance requirements.
• ◆Ensure proper inventory rotation, coding, and shipment accuracy.
• ◆Train, coach, counsel, and develop team members.
• ◆Maintain production records and documentation.
• ◆Partner with other supervisors to resolve operational issues.
• ◆Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives.

• ✓High school diploma or GED required.
• ✓Additional vocational training, certifications, or college coursework preferred.
• ✓Basic computer skills.
• ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• ✓Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• ✓Ability to supervise and motivate a team performing similar production tasks.
• ✓Ability to travel occasionally (15 trips annually).
