Responsibilities
- ◆Daily support of production lines, equipment and the general facility
- ◆Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing operating equipment during production and breakdowns.
- ◆Adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines and standards
- ◆Complete root cause analysis to identify reasons for failures/breakdowns
- ◆Review equipment instructions, blueprints, and schematics to ascertain test specifications, procedures, objectives, equipment, substitution of material or parts, etc.
- ◆Review electrical and pneumatic schematics during troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance project work.
- ◆Accurately and fully complete all regulatory and compliance related documentation and procedures.
Skills/Qualifications
- ✓High school diploma or equivalent required
- ✓Practical knowledge of basic maintenance shop equipment
- ✓Experience in maintenance or associated work preferred
- ✓Electrical and welding experience preferred
- ✓Ability to bend, climb, crawl, work in confined spaces, work in hazardous spaces
- ✓Ability to work in variable weather conditions
- ✓Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ✓Ability to work at heights

Job Overview
Fairview Mills in Seneca Kansas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the team! The Maintenance Technician will provide support and maintenance day to day for the production lines, general equipment and facility. This position reports to the Site Manager.
