◆Performs electrical and mechanical maintenance on old and new machines, plus maintenance of pneumatic & hydraulic systems
◆Ability to read electrical diagram for troubleshooting
◆Familiarity with p.m. programs (identify, documentation, procedures)
◆Able to work in cold or hot conditions while maintaining a safe work environment
◆Ability to take instruction with a ‘can do’ attitude, but willing to ask questions as needed

✓Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, or HVAC preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
✓Experience – Relevant or similar experience preferred.
✓Good written and verbal communication.
✓Analytical Skills – Ability to read a plan and have the mental acuity to discern the proper procedure to follow for each unit.
✓Well-developed communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
✓Ability to work safely, follow all safety rules and lead by example.
✓Must be able to maintain good and regular attendance.
✓Must be available for mandatory overtime.
