Responsibilities
- ◆Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems on production and non-production equipment.
- ◆Assist the Maintenance Manager with equipment calibrations, programmable device configurations, and hardware adjustments to resolve issues and improve reliability.
- ◆Recommend and enforce maintenance safety requirements.
- ◆Coordinate inventory of commonly used maintenance items to optimize storage and prevent excess stock.
- ◆Execute preventive maintenance according to company procedures and work instructions.
- ◆Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to enhance preventative and predictive maintenance processes.
Qualifications
- ✓High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- ✓Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and assess equipment needs. Working knowledge of electrical circuits, PLC troubleshooting, repair, and programming.
- ✓Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical P&ID drawings; familiarity with operating systems up to 3Ph and 480Vac.
- ✓Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task effectively.
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Summary
