Key Responsibilities
- ◆Plan and schedule production activities to meet daily targets
- ◆Ensure product quality and quantity meet company standards
- ◆Manage inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and equipment
- ◆Collaborate with engineering, logistics, HR, and maintenance teams
- ◆Train, motivate, and evaluate production staff
- ◆Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- ◆Identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively
- ◆Maintain accurate production reports and records
Requirements
- ✓Experience supervising in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- ✓Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing
- ✓Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- ✓Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant production software
